The Chicago Marathon is a pinnacle of achievement for any level of running experience. 45,000 runners from 50 states and120 countries will compete on October 12th.

For Trinity's 25 runners looking to get kids sponsored, the race has already begun. Click on your runner to help them take the lead and make the world better for another child.

Meet Trinity's Brave Runners

Sam sponsors 3 kids and has been to Rwanda 3 times. This is her first marathon.	Rev. Keith has led many trips to Rwanda, but this is his first time running a marathon.	Erica has her heart set on getting some sponsorships. This will be her first marathon.	Corinna has been to Rwanda and sponsors 2 kids. She is an avid runner, this is her first marathon.	David ran in college at UofPitt and has run in several half marathons. He sponsors 2 kids.

Keith is an avid runner looking forward to getting some kids sponsored by running Chicago.	Rhys says he traditionally hates to run, but he cannot say no to the kids. This is a huge first.	Linda is looking forward to the marathon knowing it means kids will get sponsored.	Fred has run several races and a half marathon. This will be his first full marathon and he is ready.	Emily is a veteran runner and has been to Rwanda. This is her first marathon and she's excited.

Chris is ready to run and see the lives of Rwandan children get better with every passing mile.	Tim is proud new dad who is using a great cause to get in shape. Tim is happy to get kids sponsored.	John is a veteran runner who has been in several marathons and triathalons. He's ready to go.	Jennifer was motivated to run for the kids. Chicago will be her first marathon.	Autsin is excited to gets kids sponsored by running in Chicago this October.

Ralph has ran in several half and full marathons. He sponsors several kids and can't wait to help more.	Mike visited his sponsored child in Rwanda, and even though he hasn't run since he was a kid, he's ready.	Jamie is a seasoned runner. This will be her third marathon, and this one has some great motivation.	Geoff ran in the Army 10 miler, but this is his first marathon. This new dad is ready to go.	Mike has made several trips to Rwanda and is leading our runners in their training. He is fired up for those kids.

Shari ran her first half marathon last summer. Chicago will be her first full marathon, and she's excited to help some kids.	Matt is inspired to run for these wonderful kids. He runs to keep in shape but this will be his first marathon.	Marnye's recent trip to Rwanda has inspired her to take another trip to Chicago. This is her first marathon.	Jesus is in Rwanda full time as well as here in the states. He will be watching out for our runners from now until eternity.
